专利摘要:
The invention / new creation relates to a pen holder made of light metal, with five ring springs being available to hang / clamp various utensils required in the hospital. The pen holder is about as wide as the breast pocket of a hospital scrub or gown, is simply pushed in, offers a firm hold to prevent pens from slipping out, for example, and can be easily disinfected. The pen holder can simply be pushed in through the upturned fold of the protruding part. What is new is the width of the pen holder, the number of slots and the design. Due to its shape and size, the PocketChamp is the ideal daily companion in the hospital. Under Figure 8, you can see the new pen holder once again in its entirety.

description
POCKETCHAMP
The invention or new creation relates to a pen / scissors / Edding / medical examination lamps / etc. holder for the inside of a pocket, in this case for the breast pocket of a tunic (scrubs) or coat of hospital staff who but can also generally be used in all kinds of other clothing bags. After I'm currently in my last year of medical school and working every day in a hospital tunic, I had the idea of building / inventing / remodeling / recreating something practical so that I don't have to constantly bend over my pens, my examination lamp and my scissors fall / roll out of the left breast pocket (as usual in the hospital) on the floor under the patient's bed or when you want to put on your shoes, or pick up a piece of paper or simply sit in a hunched position and thereby the pens that are loosely stuck in the pocket etc. can be pushed out and fall out even if the pins have a pin clamp. And through this improvement in life ("PocketChamp" - that's what I would like to call the invention, because it is short and concise and applicable), one would not have to put each pen individually in one's pocket in the morning in the changing room, but could quickly and easily put the entire pen One-piece bracket, firmly stowed in / on the inside of the pocket, which saves a lot of time in the changing room in the operating room, for example. And in my opinion it also looks great and would be a stylish but discreet addition to the one-colored, washed-out ones blue or green hospital bags - these daily inconveniences have prompted me to create a prototype of my idea.
It is known from the prior art that there are pin clamps for clipboards with a maximum of three ring springs, as well as cases made of fabric in which you can put pens, where you then have to put the entire foldable fabric case in your pocket. These pen holders can be purchased on Amazon, for example, are sometimes worn in hospitals out of necessity, but are completely undersized, awkward to hang on the bag and, in my opinion, do not conform to the hygienic guidelines.
Examples of this;

The disadvantage of the known solutions is, on the one hand, that the cloth cases look very inelegant / awkward and clumsy, are usually very oversized, that is, protrude far from the breast pocket / coat pocket and thereby hinder / disturb when stooping / stooping work, and also not are really non-slip and therefore often slip / are pushed out of the pocket when you sit down. Furthermore, due to the unenforceable hygiene (can hardly be properly cleaned / disinfected), in my opinion, cloth cases are spinning germs and have no business in a hospital anyway. The other pen clips I know for writing boards and folders with metal clips are not bad at first, but much too small, have too little storage space / possibilities to hang pens etc. (at most 3 ring springs) and are made of too soft, easily bendable aluminum
Metal and, due to the undersizing, simply not suitable for use in a medically oriented clothing pocket and furthermore very difficult to hang in the pocket (because it is too small and not sufficient bracket for the fingertips to bend up like with PocketChamp), i.e. more of a fiddling job, which is tedious after a night shift / 24 hour shift and could be circumvented in one step by my invention / my new creation.
These disadvantages are eliminated by the invention / new creation already realized by me in a prototype, insofar as my "PocketChamp" fits perfectly in a cash register breast pocket. It is completely made of metal, so it is hygienic Compliant with the requirements of a hospital, as it can be completely and easily disinfected and cleaned, offers sufficient space and, above all, the absolutely necessary firm hold when bending, turning, sitting, bending in all directions, etc. for a maximum of five pens / scissors / examination lamps / eddings and many other writing utensils that can be used in everyday life. Due to the somewhat thicker and therefore stable metal and the strong pressure / tension that is on the clamp, the PocketChamp holds firmly on and in the pocket and does not slip The end of the outer metal part of the fastening clasp can be easily reached with the four fingertips (index, Wed (ttel, ring, and little finger, not the thumb) underneath, and thus simply and easily relieve the tensioned suspension curve / suspension clasp by a track and thus either easily hang / clamp the PocketChamp in the pocket or simply unhook it again . Due to the perfect length and width of the part / end of the PocketChamp that comes to lie on the inside of the bag, the pens and all other utensils used have a good guide in the bag, which means that the fabric bag retains its shape even if it is well filled bulges unnaturally against the chest in any direction and possibly presses. This also creates even better space in the pocket for any further loosely inserted pens or even notes, papers or other things in the same breast pocket, which can then simply be stuck behind the pens and the PocketChamp in the pocket that is stabilized by it. The truncated edges give a comfortable grip and it cannot be cut or the like. Due to the curvature of the suspension and the narrow, externally protruding metal construction, in addition to the fundamentally simple solution to the problem of the hospital bag pen slip, there is a discreet, but elegant, professional and functional image from the front that can bring a spark of labels to every cash register. Furthermore, I imagine the PocketChamp should be available in different colors, including rose, gold, black, white and metallic blue, so that there would be something for every taste.
This is followed by representations of the PocketChamp, once in the original drawings and once in computer drawings;
Figure 1 shows the PocketChamp shown slightly obliquely from the side.
Figure 2 shows the PocketChamp from its front when it is out of the pocket.
Figure 3 shows the PocketChamp from its back or the side which is then in the pocket or facing the carrier.
Figure 4 shows an alternative embodiment of the PocketChamp. Figure 5 shows the PocketChamp completely laterally.
Figure 6 shows the PocketChamp from its front and is basically identical to Figure 2.
Figure 7 shows the PocketChamp from its back, very similar to Figure 3. Figure 8 shows the PocketChamp shown obliquely from the front.
As can be seen from Figure 1, can be seen at number 1, the bent about 0.5cm1.5cm long bent end of the part coming to lie on the outside of the bag
(total about 3cm-6cm long (about 0.5cm-1.5cm bent up + about 2cm-4.5cm afterwards at an angle to the beginning of the curvature)) of the pen holder. This offers a perfect opportunity for the 4 fingers to reach under the tension that is created by the rounding of the clasp (the metal of the rounding is approx. 1cm-2.5cm long when unfolded) number 2 and which should ensure a good fit and a firm hold to loosen it a little, and so the entire structure is easy to hang in and out of the pocket. The distance within the curve of the clasp from metal to metal is about 0.5cm-1.2cm. At number 3 you can see the five (about 0.7cm-1.5cm long and about 0.7cm-1.5cm in diameter wide) stretchable metal rings / metal clasps / metal springs, which are side by side, at a distance of 0.7cm-1.6cm are arranged along the entire width of the pen holder and ensure that the pens etc. are held in place. Last but not least, number 4 is the long end of the pen holder, which comes to rest in the pocket and, thanks to its width (approx. 7cm-8cm) and length (approx. 7cm-9cm), gives the pens a firm hold in the pocket, but it also serves as a guide for the pens, as well as opening up the fabric pocket of the cash register a little and thus keeping it in shape and creating space and dimensional stability to simply put something else behind the pens in the pocket.
Figure 2 shows the pen holder, from its front when it is out of the pocket. Number 2 would therefore not be seen if the PocketChamp were in use, as it would come to rest in the breast pocket itself. Number 1 again shows the approx. 0.5cm1.5cm long and approx. 7cm-8cm wide tab, under which you can easily slide your fingers to loosen the tension a little when hanging and removing the holder. Number 3 depicts the corners and edges that are rounded on all sides, which should be decisive for the pleasant haptic feeling and at which one should not cut oneself. I imagined under number 4 that my logo could find its place one day.
Figure 3 shows the pen holder from its back or the side, which is then in the pocket or facing the carrier (number 1). Here in number 2, in the five stretchable metal clasps / metal springs / metal rings measuring approx. 0.7cm-1.5cm in diameter and approx. 0.7cm-1.5cm in length, various utensils are held. A pen / scissors / examination lamp / edding / pencil, etc. can be inserted into each of the five expandable metal clips / metal rings, which are each about 0.7cm-1.6cm apart and thus has a perfect hold when bending forward etc. as described above and cannot fall out. Thanks to the elastic round springs, pens and other items of various strengths / thicknesses can be safely inserted and transported. Number 3 again shows the upper curve of the clasp / large clamp, which rests on the upper edge of the fabric bag after it has clicked into place. Number 4 again shows the projection, which is visible from obliquely behind, of the end of the outer part that is bent over for the fingers.
Figure 4 shows an alternative embodiment of the pen holder with the part number 2 coming to lie in the pocket, in a rounded shape. The rounding of the edge is shown in number 1 and should have a more oval shape as shown. Except for the rounding of the lower edge of the part that comes to rest in the pocket, the invention is identical to the pen holder with the entire edge of the same width and therefore the back of the alternative embodiment is not specified separately, since the rest is exactly the same.
Figure 5 now, similar to Figure 1, the PocketChamp from the side, so that you can see the projection at number 1, which is available to facilitate hanging in the clothing breast pocket. At number 2 you can see the curvature of the clasp, or the point that comes to rest on the upper edge of the bag after hanging. Number 3 again depicts the outermost of the five ring feathers. Under number 4 you can also see the long edge / surface of the PocketChamp, which comes to rest in the pocket, as already described above.
In principle, FIG. 6 is exactly the same representation of the PocketChamps with the same numbering as FIG. 2, which is why the explanation of the individual numbers from FIG. 2 is adopted. Thus, FIG. 6 shows “the pen holder, from its front side when it is removed from the
Bag is out. Number 2 would therefore not be seen if the PocketChamp were in use, as it would come to rest in the breast pocket itself. Number 1 again depicts the approx. 0.5cm-1.5cm long and approx. 7cm-8cm wide flap, under which you can easily slide your fingers in order to loosen the tension a little when hanging and unhooking the holder. Number 3 depicts the corners and edges that are rounded on all sides, which should be decisive for the pleasant haptic feeling and at which one should not cut oneself. I imagined under number 4 that my logo could find its place one day.
Figure 7 is based on Figure 3, after which the PocketChamp is viewed from its back again. Under number 1 you can see the side of the PocketChamp facing the wearer in the pocket. Number 2, there are again the 5 ring springs, which are supposed to provide a firm hold for the various pens and other utensils. The number shows the top edge of the PocketChamp, which is the top pole of the pen holder.
Figure 8 shows the PocketChamp one last time in its complete glory shown obliquely from the side.
